Usage

Usage: Turn dial on oral applicator approximately one half turn to dispense 0.5 grams of oil. Dispense oil onto finger, teaspoon or place under the tongue. Hold in mouth 60-90 seconds before swallowing. Larger or smaller servings may be taken as desired.
