Just Listen - Playbill 9.17.22

“Everyone calls me Darb”, according to Darby Kelly, who is Julie (Freakin’) Kelly’s husband and number one support.

Darby explains that when you have a significant other in the MLM business you must have a very open ear. His best advice is, “Just listen, don’t talk. They will have great days and bad days, and on both occasions, you just need to listen… don’t give advice, just affirmation.”

Darby attributes much of their success, in their marriage and careers, to a year-long personal development training they attended from which they were transformed and armed with a “Cheat Code” for life! Darby believes this knowledge has become their superpower and he greatly enjoys sharing it with others.

Julie and Darby recently renewed their vows after ten years. The key to their happy marriage he shares is respecting each other and growing together.

Darby’s least favorite phrase is, “Just accept me for who I am”, which to him means you have a fixed mindset. Darby’s current goal is to win the B.R.A.V.E. Challenge. He has not missed a day at the gym for five weeks and like everything he does, is well on his way to success thanks to his strong growth game!
