Motivation Hope Hero and Director of Influence, Elizabeth Tinsley sits happily in front of her five large monitors each day, managing her many passions, including her roles as Tori Belle Business owner, architect, and Co-owner of an Archery Shop she runs with her husband.

When her busy workday is over, she is just getting started! As a resident of Nashville, Tennessee she and her husband can often be found enjoying their favorite hobby of golf, spending time with Elizabeth’s 93-year-old Grandma, whom they moved to Nashville in 2020 to be near or caring for their three fur babies.

Elizabeth’s journey to this good place has been full of lessons, loss, and love, including infertility struggles. It took Elizabeth a year to be able to talk about her infertility experience and now her mission is to raise awareness about depression and the importance of getting support, including therapy. Elizabeth had an ah-ha moment during the February Directors' retreat when she realized that her Tori Belle family has been her lifeline during the challenges she faced during the pandemic and with infertility.

“I am forever grateful for the lifelong friendships I’ve formed. This is more than just a business, it is a community, which is priceless.”

Elizabeth has also thrived during difficult times by keeping what she calls a “Queen Mindset”. She explains that being a Queen is not an easy role to fill. It requires thinking of everyone around you, treating all with respect, and maintaining a regally high level of motivation and determination.

Jennifer Chiampou describes our very own Queen Elizabeth as, “Truly a woman who motivates others. She is someone who asks, “how can I help?” She is an amazing mentor, a true friend, and one of the only people I know who is equally comfortable in camo or a full sequined gown.”

When doubt creeps in Elizabeth says to remember, “Being a queen is a way of life, the key is to look yourself in the mirror and remember your crown always sparkles, no matter what. Straighten your crown and know that you got this!”

Elizabeth’s next big goal is to be in the best shape of her life. Employing her plan of lifestyle changes, utilizing the Brave products, and keeping her Queen mindset strong, she has everything she needs to succeed!
